Brave- ‘face or endure with courage’. Courage is the mental or moral  ability to do something you know is difficult; or persevere. After watching the movie “Brave” 20 times this last week I have realized that I want to be just like Merida; fighting for my dreams and the things that burn inside no matter what. I want to be brave enough to see all the light God has placed inside me.  After a few days of wrestling with what to say on this post and erasing several paragraphs I have come up with only these short statements. I can’t be brave alone. I need the help of others. I need the help of Christ.

I must reach beyond myself. I must “mend the bond torn by pride”  so I can withstand and persevere during the times of pressure and heat; and not crack.

For now that is all. My brain is on pregnancy and Brave overload!
